We are a multi-award winning firm, specialising in global executive and employee share plans, and broader HR global legal and tax issues. There are two businesses in the Tapestry Group: Tapestry Compliance is a law firm providing legal and tax advice to leading global companies on their executive and employee share plans and incentives; and Tapestry Insight provides OnTap, our leading edge online solution for global companies to access legal and tax information about how to operate their share and incentive plans globally, as well as training and interim placement services.

Origin

Tapestry was founded in 2011 by Janet Cooper OBE and Bob Grayson. Janet was a partner at Linklaters law firm for over 20 years and global head of the employee share plans department. Bob was in-house counsel at Shell, managing global compliance for 100,000+ employees. The firm therefore brings together the expertise of a global law firm, the practicalities of managing major global projects, and a shared interest in using technology to streamline and reduce costs.
